Looks like it is (from Chastain's Facebook page):

I've been talking with Al and I'm hearing that our film is to be released this year. It's an exciting prospect, but I don't want to spill all the beans so I'll wait till it's officially announced. Can you believe it? It's the first film I ever made.

The release date has just been moved up to December 20th. Just two months away.
