If you want extra enjoyment out of the movie, watch it with CC on and the volume down, and try to figure out what was really said.
I loved the "monster running a muck" and - wait for it, wait for it - "Your Ointment" (CC) instead of the spoken "Herr Lieutenant"! I mean, the phrase WAS spoken by the doctor, so maybe it did make some sense to someone ;)!
