Who Played 'Mikey'?

Great movie. I recently caught it on TBN and enjoyed it very much, but who played "Mikey", the character who had been injured in an accident and couldn't speak anymore? Isn't that actor, David A.R. White's friend and co-actor who starred with him in a few Rich Christiano films? I can't seem to find his name in the list of credits. Thanks.

Kevin Downes, yes. He was in the credits. The character's name wasn't "Mikey," it was Rick.
