DVD available?

Is this film at all available on DVD to buy? If not, why has it not been released yet and will it be? Thanks!

It hasn't been released because I guess Glover wants to finish the third film and then he'll probably release some limited edition ridiuclous thing -- VHS versions of each film (no DVD's, as they're too easy to copy plus Glover wants as few people to see these films, apparently -- since he has never shown any of the movies anywhere close at all where to I love -- so he's decided to released copies on a VHS since a lot of people don't have VCR's), limited to 500 copies or whatrever, signed, with a unique frame from the film reel, with an official card of authenticity, a comic book, a soundtrack for every film, inside of a box that automatically shoots acid and melts all the collector's stuff, a magnet that is activated to erase the tape, and a gun that shoots you in the face, if you try to open it.

If you manage to get the copy out before all that happens, the VHS will actually be a black screen, and the VHS tape will destroy your VCR, your TV, and cause an electrical spark that will burn your house down.

Coming after the next film is officially released, which will probably be never.

...In all reality, if a copy does come out, it won't be for a long time and it will probably be self-distributed by Crispin so it'll be like $200 a piece per film -- or ONLY $500 for the whole trilogy of 60-70 minute films! -- since he -- a millionaire (he easily makes a few hundred-thousand dollars a year just for Back to the Future STILL) -- has "went broke" making these films, a supposed labor of love where people worked for free for him and so on. Oh and don't forget these expensive screenings, where he gets money from the theater, from merchandise, from tickets, etc but is supposedly broke. That's the reason there are no copies and there won't be for way after film 3 comes out, when he'll tour it for a year or two and then he'll take the whole trilogy on tour and THEN copies will probably come out since he's going to milk this stuff for all it's worth. Though, of course, he might go down the Matthew Barney route and limit the DVD's to like 10 copies and sell them for a million dollars a piece as "pieces of art".

Short answers to your questions: Nope, see above, and maybe. You're welcome!
