I was discriminated against for renting this movie!

Well, sort of.

Okay, so here I was, bored on a Monday night since my school is out for President's break, right? Plus, the weather here was has been nonstop rain. I decided to go Blockbuster and rent some movies.

I decided to rent some non-release movies that I haven't seen in awhile when I landed on this movie. I heard about it before and thought it looked interesting so I bought it. I didn't really look on the back of the cover but I didn't know what it was really about.

I went up to the front of the counter and the guy who works there says, "Hey bro, I can take you over here." So I go over to where he tells me and I give him my 5 non-release movies. He scans them and when he scans "Eating Out 2: Sloppy Seconds" he gives this look of somewhat disgust with a raised eyebrow. I'm thinking, "Whatever" though I feel slightly embarrassed but I shake it off overall.

After he notices that movie his attitude completely changes and he seems really uncomfortable around me. I give him my card and he picks at it like its disease infected. I then hand him my cash and when he gives me back my change and I open my hand, he carefully avoids not touching my hand and dumps the change in my hand. It was just so annoying. I guess you had to be there to see it but I thought it was ridiculous, ya know? Oh well, though.

Just tell him it's not contagious.

Better still - Tell him it is!

He probably saw the title and, not knowing what the movie was about, thought it was an adult film. Still, his reaction wasn't justified, but it's understandable. I know I was a little apprehensive about adding it to my favorite movies list on FaceBook because of that reason.

Anyway, what did you think of the movie?

YOU may be just overeating to an uncomfortable situation ...My question is why have YOU reacted so tramatized after it happened. Why didn't YOU say anything then? Obviously your views on his actions were different than his on this encounter. YOU might be selfish enough to think it was all about YOU (just a thought). Aren't YOU tired of other people demandings of how one should feel, think or react about how another feels, thinks or reacts ...Get over it! It's long gone ...its history! That guy probably thought nothing more about his encounter with YOU once YOU walked out the door with your videos. I think people shouldn't be so sensitive about something so trivial. This is what makes people really, really uncomfortable. Don't get me wrong I have no problem with other peoples habits and beliefs, I just hate having these things thrust upon me with an unrelenting force. I'm all for excepting ...but at MY level of acceptance not someone else's. If I like or dislike something I have absolutely no expectations whatsoever that YOU would agree. Thats just life!

There could have been a hundred and one explainations of why he behaved the way he did with YOU which have nothing to do with a phobia ...and you'll never know why!

Don' like wat U see! Don' like wat U heard! Don' like wat happen!
Go elsewhere or Turn movie off

Think of it like this, why did he know what Eating Out was about!? Has he seen it? If so, who is he to judge? People rent movies they've never seen. Maybe you didnt know what it was. People judge too much which is why I hate going into the store and buying rly ANYTHING. Any food, CDs, whatever. I just feel judged wherever I go for anything. How messy my hair is, how faded my shirt is.

He sounds like a real douche.

Has anyone ever told you you're as boring as you are ugly?
