Who likes the surfer boy at the beginning of the movie?

If you see the "making of" add on on the DVD I believe there is a group shot of the movie's premiere with that actor in it. He looks even better in that quick look.

I thought the asian guy that he was making out with is a lot hotter then him, I wish I know the actor's name.
