why didn't they just make him vomit up those pills! um hello?

Because LSD is absorbed quickly into the body, throwing up the pills would have done no good and may have made him more intoxicated as his esophagus would have reabsorbed more of the drug.

I did not know that. I've never one drugs but medically speaking that's really interesting.

That's flatout wrong, because LSD is digested within 15-20 minutes orally and should have been way less effective or not effective at all if thrown up instantly after swallowing.

And it was a mixture of LSD, Mescaline and Ketamine which do take even longer to be absorbed.
