Cover Art

Hey there everyone,

My dad recently bought this game and me and my sis are having an argument about the coverart. She thinks it's not a drawing, but a photo. I however believe it is a drawing. I've seen how realistic people can draw nowadays, so I'm about 90% sure it is a drawing.

Anyone know which of the two of us is right?
