Parental figures in the movie
Did anyone find it strange the movie didn't really show any parental figures? Barbie has all these problems but she doesn't even talk to her parents about it. Same goes for the other girls.
They're suppose to be in 10th grade yet these girls have a lot of freedom, nice cars, money to spend at the mall, and free time.
It's not realistic or relatable for young girls at all. The only bright spot was Barbie had insecurities and wasn't perfect.
