I missed Just Say No
What did it say about the ecstasy / rave years? Was it an accurate depiction? Everything else was, but they always tend to mess that part up in documentaries like this.

shareI'm glad to hear that....b/c I progressed from acid in the 90's to xtc, and I definitely saw the correlation....but by effeminate I assume you mean gay. Lots of users were, but that wasn't it....they just started the underground scene.

This is a year old but just incase someone wants to read... I find acid to be a more profound spiritual drug that you can take the knowledge from the experience and apply it to daily life. X is constantly pushing you into a positive mood space with little potential for a bad experience and when you come down it become's immediately nostalgic and I did'nt really learn anything from it. The comedown seems to be more uncomfortable physically on acid and x seems to be a more emotional comedown. In my opinion, acid is the far superior chemical. Mdma, although usefull, is nothing more than a chemical to use for fun.
