Stuff Left Out

this documentary is one of the best that Vh1 has produced, but I think they skipped a lot, including:
-the 'sweet marihuana' number from Murder at the Vanities (1934) and other 30's-40's drug references in movies
-amphetamine addiction during Hollywood's golden age (Judy Garland, Marilyn Monroe, Dorothy Dandridge, Elvis, etc.)
-Marilyn's death, the spark that lit the flame to the downfall of the 1960s
-JG's death of an overdose, which led to the Stonewall Riots (a contributor to the "end of the 60s")
-Elvis's death
-PCP/angel dust
-party pills/club drugs in the 2000s and how younger and younger kids and especially celebs are getting their hands on them
-steroids - the epidemic

i would sagree on most of these. The PCP is one that i'm not sure how much they could focus on. Just cause wtih PCP you never had a huge following and it was a major impact in our coulter. I have know people to use it, but compared to how much the other drugs were used it doesn't seem like they can have a whole hour portion on it. Now the deaths of the celebs i think they should have talked about, since in the end they are a major factor of what a the drug life can bring, as with Chris Farely and using cocaine and heroin. The party pill seen is one they should have added just cause that is more used than any thing illegal at this point. we look at it as though its ok to take them cause they are legal.

You have to test yourself everyday, when you stop you get slow, thats when i kill you

They also never mentioned anything about Griselda Blanco in Miami flowing coke into the US. If you watch the movie "Cocaine Cowboys" they detail it. They mention Miami and its coke influence, but I'm surprised they didn't say anything about Griselda.
