Where does he come up with these lines? They are all so wacky, even for Assy McGee. The man is a comic genius.

I've been re-watching all of the episodes and I noticed that after the chief said that and hung up the phone, Assy commented, "You seem like a great Dad, Chief." So, is this advice the Chief's giving his son, ha ha ha?
