Looks to be a Stylish and Grim Film

Let's get something out of the way first: I read a lot of graphic novels, comic books, manga, etcetera, and I watch a great amount of animation, from the lowbrow (Family Guy) to the sublime (Spirited Away),and while I have not yet ventured into the expansive foray of French comics, I look forward to this film.

First off, it does not look like a family film (possibly a PG-13 or R rating), it looks like more of a treat for the "artsy fartsy" type, myself included.

And secondly, from my interpretation of the trailer, it promises to be a well-varied variety horror feature, with it's multiple artistic approaches. The black and white theme might prove to be a good atmospheric tool.

I seriously doubt it's release in Boise, Idaho (except on DVD and sold only at certain stores), but hey, a guy can hope for it, can't he?

Im looking forward to its release too. Im curious on the rating im not sure if it goes all out and in your face or is it more suggestive like the Sixth Sense or something.

Watch Twin Peaks (1990), its the best damn show ever made and is on DVD!

It's not really all that much of a horror movie. The basic stories are more or less your usual horror tales but their execution is more along the vein of the usual experimental-ish animations floating 'round pretty much everywhere.
The focus is never really on fear or anything scary. Well, aside from the ongoing dog man little bit.
