The audio was simply played backwards with somehow pitch variation. If I remember well I ve recorded it to my audio editor and got those things, wish are simply random and kind of easter egg. We hear -I don't know who- people talk in a room and in french.
Translation :
"ça à l'air chouette" => "it seems great"
"je xx(?)" => "I ?" (didn't manage to understand what was said)
"j'aime bien le cinema" => "I like cinema"
"on va diner à un pub?" => "Let's go eat to the pub ?"
"han" => "han"
"ouais, c'est chouette" => "yeah, it's great"
"ça dure une heure et demie je pense, c'est bien hun ?" => "it lasts about one hour and half I think, it's good isn't it ?"
My guess is that the sfx guy doing sound effect with his own voice and ask for acknowledgment to a woman on the same room. This kind of effect is really come on in acousmatic music of early ages
Note : I'm sure there were a little more but it seemed pointless to go further looking to what was said
