still can't understand why he doesn't get a mention in the credits and doesn't appear on IMDB databse.

I've just watched this in glorious HD on the BBC HD Trial. Excellent production and baffling why there is no credit for Nik Howden, not even in the credits. What scandal lurks here!

At any rate, I've sent an update request in to IMDB.

Just watched this again, unfortunately I didn't record it. I'm sure you must be right, but the 2 credits you mention didn't register though I can see them on the IMDB list!
