Just watched - or tried to watch this - with a very open mind but it's just rubbish. Unappealingly cast, badly shot and with the most dreadful laugh-free dialogue, the fact that films like this get national releases says it all about Brit film 'industry'.
I didn't even get as far as even seeing Carmen Electra, poor cow. I'm sure she looks suitably thick and saucy in it but what a pile of crap.
To say it's utter rubbush is harsh, to say the least.
It's a gentle British comedy and doesn't pretend to be anything else. I did laugh out loud a couple of times.
I'd also say that if you've more than a passing knowledge of the porn industry, you'll appreciate some of the 'in' jokes.
Give it a try.
To be honest, I quite liked this film, and I'm some what of a prude when it comes to films dealing with the porn industry etc.
However, as the main review on the main page says; I actually found myself laughing out loud at this more than once. I thought the characters had enough depth to be likeable but just enough cheese to lighten the film.
I had reservations when I watched it, but I must say that Carmen was lovely and she has definitely changed my mind about some adult entertainment stars.
Plus, I loved the Polish crew!

It was ok but not the best though. See even though I am originally from Europe I grew up in the states where my father is from. I find some of the European humor can be funny but then at times I do not. So I gave this film a ok but not the best though for a judgement on it.

Believe me there are some total rubbish movies out there, The Riddle, 4 weddings and a Funeral (yes it is). I want candy is an ok film just not funny.
shareTrust me you didn't miss a thing, clearly one of the worst comedies i have seen for a while. The dialogues ars *beep* the cast is a mystery to me (so bad !!!), the cinematography made Ratner look like a genius. Pathetic ! And believe me, i love a good English comedies. Complete waste of my time. The ten first minutes were actually promising and the flush joke with the polish guy was OK, but the entire *beep* rest of the movie reeked !
shareWhen I put this in to watch I fell asleep watching the movie. It would have kept me awake if Carmen Electra would have been topless in a scene or two, Michelle Ryan, Stephanie Backer would have been topless, or any of the other women.
Then when I watched it on Friday throughout the whole film I was not too pleased with it. It was all right but not the best film that I have ever seen before.

Badly filmed , not in the slightest bit funny, incredibly inept acting, a sad state of affairs for British comedy...whoever green lighted this should not have...
