Why Does Rob Always Torture His Parents?
Everyime his parents visit him he seems to delight in giving them a hard time.
They seem like nice midwestern people, can anyone enlighten me?

I think without the cameras around, he really doesn't act that way with his parents. When he was acting crazy towards his mom in Fantasy Factory when they came to check out his movie, she made the comment to him, "Why do you show off like this when they're around? You never act like this" before he interrupted her.
I think he just plays up his personality when the cameras are around because he knows it makes for more interesting television.
