Seriously the song matched with the scenes in the opening have to be the best I have seen from all the anime I have watched. If anyone else knows of any other good anime openings like this I would really appreciate it.

my favorites are probably the openings from "Last Exile" and "Shamanic Princess". but i also really like the opening from "gasaraki", that ones different tho.

seconding OP. for the curious viewer, the song is 'Kiri' by 'Monoral' and it comes in just ahead of Cowboy Bebop and Cruel Angel Thesis as the coolest anime opening song ive heard - which is more than i'd care to admit.
Of course how cool is paranoid android for the closing credit.

nah, I have definitely seen better^_^, to be honest the song is ok, but started irritating me after a while. I'd rather agree with Witch Hunter Robin, or Last Exile, Gantz, and of course Cowboy Bebop, Samurai Champloo, Ghost in the Shell 2nd gig...
