There's two ways that I do this. First is if I have been watching a show from the begining than I will have recorded all eps to DVR and I just record them to dvd from my dvd recorder. Second is if I have downloaded seasons from bit-torrent then I use VSO software called ConvertXtodvd. Its a great program and I highly recomend it to anyone.
