whats the plot and is it good?
is the game good and whats the plot and does it have police because that was the best in nfsmw.

The plot doesn't even reach mediocre. Basically, the main character returns to Palmont City (note there is no such city in the country) and Cross, now a bounty hunter is chasing you.
There are police chases but the police is marginalized. They are not necessary to get through the races and challenge the bosses. Take that for what you will. Basically the more races in a given "zone" (think of the countries in "Risk") the higher the heat level. More heat, the more likely the police will come on the scene (it's no longer the "Minimum" or "Maximum" it was in MW) Personally I thought not knowing if the police would show up was a better idea, but the execution is poorer. You'll see what I mean.
All in all this game is a step up from MW, but it's not a huge evolutionary leap. Would I recommend it? Absolutely. But you may find yourself liking MW more.
