I got Carbon for Christmas and I played til I got to 21% then I chose to get a new car, I bought the Eclipse and When I drive it , it just stay's stock, I can't do any performance upgrades, but6 I can do visual and Others, Except for Performance, Why?
shareI'm having the exact same problem, it just wont allow you to upgrade the performance of a new car. There mjst be some way around it or something that we're not doing right.
Anyone have any ideas?

Also, I can't upgrade to level 2 performance, I do the races and it say "Unlocked level 2 nos, I go to the safe house and all I see is level one, I'm losin all my races and The bosses are tough as hell
shareTo use level 2 upgrades, you need a level 2 car. As for upgrading what you've got I dunno what to tell ya.
