The orange juice (mini spoiler)
In that scene where Hope started freaking out and appeared to be hallucinating, my immediate thought was that she was having a bad reaction to the combined effects of her prescription antidepressants and that mini-bottle of booze that she drank. Then, when she realized that it was the orange juice that had been drugged, well, that was a surprise for me, as well. That just really caught me unaware.
