Kurt? narrator?

why on earth, does it say Kurt as the narrator on the title page? does anyone know, xx

reply

Because he IS the narrator. This movie is based on some interviewing tapes.

The term narrator usually means somebody describing stuff thats going on. In this movie, nobody is telling you whats going on onscreen, its just a bunch of scenery from Kurts hometown and stuff. Not even period specific, just like the neighborhood as it is now with a bunch of random folk looking into the camera who may not even know who Kurt Cobain was. The interesting part is the audio, which is almost a monologe by Cobain about his history. I found it rather facinating as he was saying that he really "wasnt a depressed guy and was often quite happy", when we know that a few months later he would take a self inflicted shotgun blast to the head.

Cus the coroner listed it as cause of death. If the forensics had pointed to Courtney blowing his head off, cause of death would list homicide. Never seen any of those countless CSI procedural shows?
