where did this movie first air?

i had a rave watching this movie, the camera shots, the actors like they just walked off an MTV show, also notice the music during the ending credits.. heh.. by the way, get used to 3 chicks going "aaaaaaaah!!!!" throughout 90 minutes of the movie, okey. who first presented this movie?
