Anyone else notice the 10/10 Review?

The first review on the main page is a 10/10 by user "stevenkentmurphy". It reads like a professional paid review, or someone affiliated with the film. I mean, come on.

"Good humor extracted from desperate lows! How do you get humor out of a crack addict? Hart Bochner will show you how with his kick-ass comedy!

Dylan Walsh and Tracy Middendorf topped my list with sensitive and believable performances amidst Bochner's gentle and yet twisted humor."

Funny how he created the account when the movie was released, reviewed it, and hasn't been seen since.

Finally, the movie, while watchable, wasn't great. I mean, look at the rating: 5.7?

Its a new trend here. A new low-level marketing technique, by planting 'fake' reviews. likely, it is a 'paid for' review.
