Alternate Ending!

That is the normal ending?

Holy C! This totally blew my mind. If this had been in the original release it would have made the viewer question the entire film, 'cause then everyone's motivations are warped, specially Billie's, Wendy's and Sean's. This ending makes really evident the hypocrisy of relationships particularly in teens by showing how Sean would still be with someone of the group as long as the group no longer existed thus calming his own insecurities about not being able to stand up to all of what the group entailed... Just... Wow...

Hahahaha, that was a gag edit, I hope? Either that, or a shock twist that would've trumped The Sixth Sense.

This reminds me of the DVD for "Resolution", a nail-biting thriller where the directors decided to have some fun with the DVD bonus features. All sorts of "alternate endings" and "deleted scenes" to have you howling on the floor.

Wow, I was wondering why Wendy and Sean weren't shown together during the ending montage. Now I guess I know why.
