Subtitles
Does anyone know if the film has English subtitles? Or will have?
shareThe one they showed at the Tribeca film festival did have English subtitles so I suspect that other prints will too.

I just saw the local projection at Puerto Rico a few days ago, and it did have subtitles, though I found that the cultural subtext at some lines didn't translate well. Therefore, some of the best "jokes" could not be understood by non-spanish speakers, or not even by non-puerto rican spanish speakers.
sharethe one at the latin american film festival in atlanta had subtitles. and the jokes were VERY understandable but some of the translation from spanish to english was off.
