How are we meant to interpret this? (Possibly a question for the author).
When Tom Hardy's character Zack is left holding the wedding ring, is it his partner's wedding ring or THEIR wedding ring?
It was his partners wedding ring. Hardy had only just started working there and had only just met Bill.
