So much for his reparations/compensat ions....

i can only begin to imagine 'how/how much/what' the kenyan govt gave to maruge as compensation... from what i read about him, he died virtually a pauper. living in/on a refugee camp, having his belongings stolen, wheelchair bound...and the film (i know...'hollywood,') depicts him as this lonely old guy. wife and kids killed, but supposedly he has children and grand children. loads of them? even with his 'fame' one would think the govt would want to treat him better and compensate him well in order to exploit him....

shame, but his a tough old guy! admirable...
