Inspirational

This was a beautiful and well acted, inspirational movie. Really taught me a lot about what the British did in Kenya and what Kenya is like today. Was in tears by the end of the movie.

Was a bit surprised about the hostile treatment and disrespect shown towards the elderly Protagonist though. I suppose I always stereotyped Africans as being respectful towards their elders. Sad to see that it is not so.

Congrats to Oliver Litondo and Naomie Harris for truly outstanding acting. This is a story that deserved to be told. We need to learn from the past to understand our current condition and move forward as the Protagonist said to those cold politicians when he demanded that they rehire the school teacher.
