This is why your school bus stops at train tracks

As a child, I always thought it was stupid when every day the school bus would stop at the train tracks, open the door, and peer out for a non-existent train. Because, duh, that's what the crossing signals are for, right?!?

Oh my lord, this movie showed me HOW INCREDIBLY IMPORTANT THAT STOP AND LOOK CAN BE! If only I could explain to younger me... heck, maybe I could give him some tips on how not to get stuck in the front seat all the time. Thank you, Fingerprints!
