This was such a fun gay indie movie and so full of freshman energy and life. Probably not a realistic comparison but after this movie all I could think about was early Spike Lee films. I hope Terracino sticks with it and gets lots more funding for future projects. I'm really curious to see how he matures and how his filmmaking progresses.
shareI really enjoyed this movie too. It was full of heart and filled with plenty of eye candy. There was something for everyone. Both actors in the role of Elliot were adorable. The adult Elliot was unbelievable and excessive yet extremely likable all at the same time. You really felt for him during his unhappy times. The men in this movie were all quite fetching even the extras. Elliot, Kiko and Hector were all nice looking men. Hector also brought a lot of the comic relief. He was quite funny in every scene. You also got the feeling that he was secretly in love with Elliot. Octavio, Noah and Joe were very hot. Joe’s smile, sexy voice and his whole demeanor was sexy as hell. I found myself wanting more after this movie ended from the characters and the actors that portrayed them. Cheers to Terracino for creating such a memorable film.
