I totally agree, it's truly heartbreaking. Leto in this role was superb in every way.

I cried when Rayon burst into tears in front of his/her father! That was, in my opinion, the most emotionally charged scene of the whole movie. I mean, Ron (McConaughey)'s choked cry didn't move me as much as Rayon's did! Jared Leto's best movie performance to date! So beautiful AND talented!
