I've heard it before, but cannot place it--please help!

I'm going to get some sushi and not pay!!!

the song at the end was the only highlight
for me besides a few glimpses of max minghella
in this convoluted movie.
it's called against privacy by cold war kids.

Actually (I realise I'm very late here), I think it's called 'Every Man I Fall For', from Cold War Kids' album Loyalty To Loyalty.
