Otis (2008)?
You might like it a bit, too.
I gave both 10s, although I wouldn't predict that anyone else would love both that much, but Otis is definitely worth a viewing.

You also might want to check out Murder Party (2007). That wasn't quite as successful as the other two for me--I only gave it a 7/10, but it's in the same vein. Think of something with the tone of Botched and Otis, but as a low-budget indie film (in other words, it has that "indie" tone, dialogue, lots of "film geek references", etc.), and you've got Murder Party.

Anyone seen Fido with Billy Connolly as a zombie being used as the family pet? Unexpectedly entertaining as was Botched and Otis, haven't seen Murder Party though.

Watched Murder Party eventually (after loving Blue Ruin). I thought it was OK, but the writer/director has come on a lot in the time between them.
