Does someone want to tell me how the series ended? From the other posts I gather that Robin dies. Anyone wanna fill me in? PS: I like details if it's not too much trouble!

But Archer lives, just in case they wanted to continue the series with a new Robin Hood.
shareIsabella uses the poison Guy gave her to coat her blade, then when fighting breaks out in the tunnel with Guy, Archer and Robin against the Sheriff, his soldier and Isabella, she strikes at Guy from the back as the Sheriff stabs him from the front. Somehow during the fight Robin is scratched on the neck by her blade, and she informs him about the poison which Guy verifies he had given her. It takes a long time to kill him as they set up this elaborate explosion while getting the townsfolk out the tunnel past Isabella, the Sheriff and his men. Once they are clear of the tunnel in the woods they see the castle explode and then Tuck tells them all about the poison. Long story short....he ends up saying goodbye and goes off to die by a tree alone, where he imagines seeing Marion come to lead him off to Heaven. I just finished watching this on Netflix, if you have that you can see it online now.
shareJust watched it on Netflix. Robin and his men hole up in Nottingham Castle where the Sheriff, come back from the dead, and his men lay siege. They are expecting relief from King Richard, who they discover is on his way back from the Holy Land. However, their hopes are dashed when they discover that Richard has been captured and his bannermen won't fight unless he is there to lead them.
There is a bloody battle with lots of arrows going back and forth. In a crypt, there is a fight: Isabelle, Sheriff, and Random Black Guy vs. Robin, Guy, and Archer (their long-lost half-brother). Long story short, Isabelle cuts Robin with a poisoned dagger giving him a few hours to live. Guy is stabbed by the Sheriff and Isabelle and gets a touching death scene. The people in Nottingham Castle manage to escape to safety.
The Sheriff, Isabelle, Random Black Guy, and lots of the Sheriff's men are in the keep when Robin fires a fire arrow through the window, igniting the Byzantine fire, and blowing Nottingham Castle to kingdom come along with the Sheriff and Isabelle.
There is another touching scene where Robin says farewell to his friends before leaving them. He goes to a secluded area of Sherwood Forest and sees a vision of Marian who beckons him to join her for the "greatest adventure of his life." Naturally, he jumps at the chance to be reunited with his dead wife and dies peacefully as the poison takes hold.
The survivors of his crew, minus Alan who was killed by the Sheriff, promise to continue the fight, most likely with Archer as the leader.
Overall, it wrapped up the entire series pretty nicely and I'm sure everyone was happy to see the Sheriff finally get his just desserts...
