Message for Robert England!!!

Please please please, don't direct any more films. Stick to what you're good at, acting and playing iconic horror moguls in Hollywood. It's very obvious from this pile of utter tripe that you CAN NOT direct to save your life. As a long time fan of your work, I ask you to please never put me through anything like this again.

To sum it up as simply as I know how:

Dreadful acting.

Staring the three most obnoxious guys the world has ever known.

Dreadful effects.

Terrible script.

Painfully unfunny one liners that wouldn't make the most childish of teenage geeks raise a smirk.

Joey Lawrence (need I say more?)

Piss poor lighting and camerawork.

Woefull underuse of the only person even capable of brining any form of professionalism to the movie (Lin Shaye)

C'mon Mr England, you're better than this, aren't you?

Yippee Ka yay Mother F**cker!!!

976 Evil was good

I wouldn't say it was good, not bad for its time maybe but Killer Pad? you have to see it to realize just how bad it really is.

Killer Pad was very stupid/silly, but I found it to be an entertaining veg out movie (kinda student-film like), and well, I laughed quite a few times- the only part I had a real problem with was the toilet/sh!t stuff- not funny and too gross, the midget chaps were pretty unfunny too, but Killer Pad 3.5 (Out of 5). I only saw 976-Evil for the first time in April, I brought it without having seen it and really liked it (4/5). Brought Killer Pad too (Amazon, cause it's not in Australia yet- will definatly have a look at it again another time)

So anyway, would love to see another Englund directed movie.

After having watched 976-EVIL back in the 80s and NOT liking it at all...my expectations were LOOWWWWWW on this one, but since it was the newest "add" on fearnet & there wasn't sh!t on TV, I watched it...

had a BLAST! I have a sweet spot for horror comedies & the movie was definitely more "comedy" then "horror". Me & the wife were laughing our a$$e$ off. Though the FX for climax/ending were very "Skinemax Softcore P0rn"...nonetheless, a HUGE step up from the terrible & forgettable 976-EVIL.

7/10

Hmmm? each to thier own I suppose, a bit confused that only gave Hellboy 2 ONE notch more than Killer Pad though :-)

I hear ya...the way I see it, Hellboy 2 & Killer Pad are seperate genres. I wouldn't say Hellboy 2 is only marginally better then Killer Pad.

As a horror/comedy, Killer Pad is an above average 7/10 of pure funny entertainment.

As a scifi-ish/superhero action flick, Hellboy 2 is fantastic.

Hellboy 2 is much, MUCH better movie all around.

I know...I'm weird.

I agree that Hellboy II is much better than this movie, but I am a fan of Robert Englund and enjoyed this movie. Yes, it wasn't that good of a movie but it wasn't horrible.

I do believe the effect were intentionally low end to add to the B-movie Horror/Comedy feel of the movie. Having Joey Lawrence show up was pretty damn funny....this movie was defiantly B-Movie Fun.

"Lisa, your killing me!" The Room..a cinematic masterpiece.
