what was the supposed year of this movie...

The hearse had an in-dash 8 track player, but the police cars that were in the gas station scene looked like 90s or 00s Ford Crown Vics. I only saw it once this morning on HBO and was wondering this question myself. Sadly I didn't pay more attention to detail/

"In 2002, Charlotte Jenkins laid six hours in a body bag"

That would imply that it was kind of 2002-2007. However, I don't remember anyone using a cell-phone, and the TVs looked kind of from the 80s, surely not more recent that the 90s. Add to it the cameras (Polaroids?) and the rotary phone dial (at 25:24).

I guess the movie makers either wanted it to be confusing, or, screwed up.
