What is wrong with you guys?

So the movie played on conservative white people getting theirs for not beeing open minded. So the movie used stereotypes like rappers and golfers. But to give this move "100 worst movies" status is strange cause it was a fun movie.

C-Note was portrayed as an intelligent black male, who had a degree in business and have worked up his capital through rap music. The Cummings character was a typical anti-hero with a conservative mind for his beloved club. The movie was about his persistence in keeping one person from becoming a member in the club, with the usual light slapstick humor which makes the movie fun, but not very memorable.

So a very average movie of its kind, but not that bad as it has been rated. Some just takes movies too seriosly.

Fun??? This movie was garbage. It does deserve the worst of the worst title. Im glad this movie only made 5 million dollars. Probly enough to cover....not sh*t. Good. Someone deserved to lose BANK on this one and they did.

I couldn't agree more. There were some parts i didn't like, but the movie was a fun watch. My favorite part was when Garret Morris popped up, gave his speech and Sherri Sheppard started speaking in tounge... That there had me rolling

First off, great post, moijk. Most people are being way too uptight about this movie to enjoy the funny moments it did have.

A friend of mine burned a copy of this movie for me, and while it could've been better, I've seen way worse.

"Joe's tasting victory. I bet it tastes good like saltwater taffy or a Chunky."

no worse than Happy Gilmore. Seems that light-hearted comedies that aren't meant to be taken seriously are judged on a color-bar system.

There is something so ironically comical about this statement, it begs for a comment. In an effort to question someone's intelligence, you incorrectly used the word "your" instead of "you're." You see, the contraction of "you are," as in "you are dumb," is "you're." Needless to say, you're dumb. Do you understand? Probably not.

That says it all right there. This movie was NOT fun, or funny, or enjoyable in any sense. This deserves to be in the bottom 100 because it is in fact one of the WORST movies ever made.

This movie was complete garbage.

I could care less about the stereotypes or them being black. It was not a "fun" watch it was absolutely terrible. Stop trying to defend movies on the bottom 100s they are there for a reason.

First off, you "couldn't" care less.

Also, although i am against the racist jokes that were made, i rather enjoyed the movie. But the problem with comedies like this is that most people cannot look past what the movie is implying and just enjoy it. Same goes with shows like South Park and Family Guy. When i talk to people the main reason they give for not liking the shows is the liberal garbage they put out. While i do not agree with it, i can look past it and laugh because im not uptight and can laugh at stuff like that.

It's not that i hate women, i just dont prefer them.

you can not tell me that this movie was not better than Britney's 'crossroads' or pauly shore's 'pauly shore is dead' or countless other crap films. do you really believe that this is the 9th worst movie of all time? If you say that you do, I would like to invite you to take a lie detector test.

The thing that confuses me, mojik, is that you sound like a fairly intelligent person yet you see merit in this movie. Bangkok Dangerous, now there's an average movie. This is just a massacre. Had I any sensibilities they would all have been offended.

That's like saying, "Oh Happy Gilmore sucked, but you know what is a good movie? Lord of the Rings."
