PRS Speaking Tours Are a Scam

I went to the Vancouver, BC event and the venue was locked. The theatre had never heard of PRS because Buell and friends had never booked the location, but had taken our money.

Buyer beware. Although Buell's father was a cop, his son obviously has no qualms committing fraud.
