There wouldn't necessarily be any press releases. Aside from the in competition and out of competition movies, there can be up to 200 other films screened at Cannes by studios looking for distribution.
Lets hope In Tranzit is one of the lucky ones that gets picked up

Thanks for letting us know. According to a Peace Arch press release a couple of days ago they haven't quite closed the deal on "territory sales", whatever that means.
I'm guessing it isn't exactly going to be wide if it does get a release anywhere. I just want to see it, really.
