When checking this, it all says places in California, however, there's a panning shot of the camera of Atlanta Ga, where I live. This happens right after they get caught with all the dogs.
Anyone notice this and why have a shot of ATL, if you filmed everything in Cali?

They never specified (from what I recall) which "city" they were in. It was probably just B Roll or 2nd Unit footage of "generic cityscape" they could use as a cutaway. There's no hidden meaning or special circumstance.
Be thankful you did not get many replies because it is very likely the only responses are from people using words like "moron". Note how easy it was for you to get that way.
There is one episode of CSI: NY that, by definition, is in New York (are you with me?) where you can see a sign saying "One Wilshire" and the "One Wilshire" sign (for the building at 1 Wilshire Boulevard) is a landmark for downtown Los Angeles. You probably don't care about that; note how that feels.
