I was searching around the internet trying to find any information on the movie's release date or distribution deals and I saw that it was recently shown for free at Winthrop University in SC.
WTF?????????
I have a feeling this movie isn't ever going to be released in theaters. I think it's going to go straight to DVD.....
If the projection was public, that was either some promotion, some pre-viewing test to get viewers comments, or simply an illegal projection.
I don't think it was illegal. It was listed on the university's announcement board and being held in their auditorium. I doubt a big university is going to put themselve at risk by showing an illegal bootleg of a movie.
Hopefully, it was a showing to get comments, opinions, etc. Maybe we'll know soon if it will finally be released to theaters or out on DVD. The movie was filmed 2 years ago!
