Great question. There are of course a few follow-up interviews in the bonus features, but that was seven years ago. I'd be especially interested to know about the young man from Phoenix. He seemed least at peace with his sobriety and most likely to relapse.

I think this documentary was very powerful but a bit incomplete. These were extreme cases of addiction and don't necessarily reflect the more casual users or "weekend warriors." But I'm giving this 8/10 stars for its impact.
