Uh, that's quite a sweeping paintbrush. First off, half those movies have been produced/directed by white people. Out of all those titles, I'd actually put all Tyler Perry movies at the top of that list.

There have been plenty of quality films directed by AAs about AAs... What about these?

Menace II Society
The Wood
Do The Right Thing (or just about any Spike Lee film)
Love and Basketball
I'm Done with White Girls (The Inevitable Undoing of Jay Brooks)
Paid in Full
Dead Presidents
Brown Sugar
Cooley High
Gridlock'd

Jerusalema was a solid flick, but it's not like African directors from other countries outside of the US have been dominating in numbers. Tsotsi was the only other really big South African flick before this- and that film wasn't without its flaws. Directors like Spike Lee and the Hughes brothers are great film-makers because of their background: they studied film at prestigious film schools and have put in the work with extensive resumes.

I just got my Ass Kicked by Hit-Girl.

Isn't writer-director Ralph Ziman a white guy?

So colour matters, right? You're stereotyping a lot.

Not everyone knows how their culture, or people behave regardless the colour they have.

Racists and stereotypes are the worst.

"So colour matters, right?"

To the extent that it seems to pertain to this particular topic.

With respect to black gangster movies, I'm going to have to agree. Actually, I approached this film with low expectations after watching: Hustle & Flow and Shottas, both of which I couldn't manage to finish without my brain going numb.

I thought this movie was going to use the same formula as the above films (try-hard-to-be-cool-gangster) judging by the title of "Gangster's Paradise but thought I'd give it a chance after seeing the title on the Elite Squad board and boy was I pleasantly surprised.
