In my opinion its strongest value is that is is really similar to the original play..According to what you wrote, the one who saved many Jews wasn't a German, Gens was a Lithuanian Jew. I agree with all the rest.
shareYeah it was interesting and also good, but I expected more out of it too. I wasn't expecting it to be somewhat so musical-comical...It's different though, but I wanted to see more, it ended pretty fast.

One more thing... Kittel's part was brilliantly played by Sebastian Hülk. It's the first movie I see him playing, but I can say he has great talent and potential and he can become an Oscar actor in the future if he continues to play this way.

I gave a 6 to this movie as well, but I don't think it's a GOOD film, IMO it's mediocre at best.
