one of them is the camera-man, the second one must be the director and the third guy definitely has to be the fatty himself!
no one not involved in this movie could possibly find this peace of... good.

come on guys, and you thought Michael Dudikoff's last attempts sucked.
Please come back Michael! You were a lot better than this amateurs!

Don't get me wrong, I really love(d) Seagal-movies until 1998 or so.
But now he's just a silly clown!

reply

You're the silly clown, because nobody with any brains would think of Steven in those terms. He's a remarkable person in so many ways, but why should I bother to spell things out for you, you,re brainless obviously, and would not comprehend any kind of attempt to enlighten you. If you're interested in knowing something about this great man you so stupidly referred to as a "silly clown",look him up on Wikipedia, you'll see how much he's done with his life, how much he's achieved. No, you see, you're the stupid, brain dead clown.

Revenge was all he had left...

Yeah, the movie could be Under Siege 3 with a little more budget and marketing. He looks awesome, thinner, and his attitude and fights are cool.

Flight Of Fury and Mercenary For Justice are his best DTV flics.

GREAT ACTION FLIC!!!!!

CONGRATULATIONS STEVEN

I have been a die hard Seagal fan since he first came out,but his attempts at trying to make a good movie have sucked in the past few years. They should let me direct one of those movies I would put this mf on the map again.

This latest movie was not that bad compared to attack force which I believe was his worst movie to date and a total waste of celluloid.Excessive slow motion, especially during the fight scenes and the dubbing of his voice was outright terrible.

At least in Flight of fury the fights were not in slow mo and it got better towards the end.I do agree that the movie from beginning to the middle was pretty boring but when it picked up it was better.

It takes all kinds. I see some people liked this movie, some didn't. I didn't. Boring, huge plot holes, the acting level of a bad high school play, short, poorly filmed fight scenes, etc. The only thing I can say on a positive note is that it wasn't as bad as "Attack Farce". Now that's a huge compliment.
His movies have never gotten better than Nico (Above the Law) and most likely never will.
Peace.

One also has to take into account that Steven is NOT a young man anymore either. I mean hell, I'm in my 40s now and despite the fact I have a retinal eye disease, lupus (SLE) and Sjogren's disease, I am feeling my age even without these problems already wreaking havoc on my days and nights. My husband his closer to 50 than 40 with health problems beyond his control but he is also feeling his age. Everyone does once you hit the late 30s to early to mid 40s. You're not a spring chicken anymore. You're not quite a fall rooster but you're no spring chic.

In addition, Steven has to worry constantly about his hurting anyone on set by accident. With his level of training in martial arts, if he were to accidentally hurt a stunt person or another actor on set, he could easily kill them or put them in the hospital and even disable them to the point where they would never be able to work anymore. His body and his martial arts status would go down in the courts as being a "lethal weapon" just as any boxer who happened to get into a scuffle in a bar one night. This is always something people forget to take into consideration.

Jean-Claude Van Damme, Bruce Lee, Brandon Lee, etc... all would face the same issues if still working (or still alive as in the case of Bruce and Brandon). Plus, Jean-Claude is not a spring chicken anymore either. He's got age on him too, probably as much as Steven does.

Besides, these days I think Steven has his heart and his mind on helping people, studying his religion, spending time with his family, and trying to help as many as he can while not letting down fans by occasionally making a film here and there. He can only do so much. It is only a matter of time before he will no longer be with us in this life. He won't live forever, at least in this life. I also believe in reincarnation and study Buddhism so I know he will be back in another life but as to whether or not his path will take him into the limelight as this one has is anyone's guess and it is unlikely any of us will be alive to find out. Besides, we do not carry full memories of previous lives but a limited few do have echoes of those lives so either way, we won't know so just enjoy the work while he is able to perform and go back to watch his younger more agile days when he was finding himself as a person and as an actor. He has had some great films in his day. Not many actors can say the same. Oh yeah, and he didn't get hooked or strung out on dope like many others did either. He's always had his faith though it has grown over the years as he has grown over the years.

Enough said....

i think his movies are getting better, you look at the flops , like Attack Force andn Shadowman, just to name two of them,, to me he's got three winners in a row now,, Merc for Justice,, this one,, and Pistol Whipped
are you going to bark all day little doggie,, or are you going to bite

reply

I liked it but tbh bit boring in the end. My most interest was enjoying these two chicks. Okay-average movie as Seagal standard.
