Jolly good fun!

Just saw this on Sunday- I grew up watching silent films and slapstick, so I took my Dad along for a father's day treat. I enjoyed every minute- from the steampunk accented props to the daggy chase music. The slapstick was done with genuine talent (falling down is serious business, it takes talent, certainly not Funniest Home Vidoes level rubbish)- at tone point we were all laughing so hard I thought Dad was gonna have apoplexy!

I guess you need a certain amount of understanding to find this film amusing- certainly alot of people wouldn't understand the appeal of such a flick, but I for one would like to see more silent films crop up. Well worth the ticket price.
