Are you a producer on this schlockfest or maybe an extra? This will be crap.

A new and original idea?

Have you seen "So I Married an Axe Murderer" or any lifetime original movie ever?

It's not original.

I'll only see it because I love Lindy Booth.

And she's 28. And Nick Cornish is young too.

They just threw in a bunch of old, washed-up actors/actresses to make people more interested.

Roy Scheider hasn't done anything worthwhile since the Jaws movies or Blue Thunder.

Daryl Hannah just gets bit parts because she's hot. . . and the only good role she's had in the past decade is Kill Bill.

The last thing Eric Roberts did that mattered was Spun.

This movie, if even released in theatres, will make a max of $10 mill. And that's a very high figure. I'd ballpark it at six if it even gets a theatrical release.

Does anyone know if it even will get a theatrical release, it appears to have direct to DVD written all over it.

You wrote "Roy Scheider hasn't done anything since Jaws and Blue Thunder." Take a look at wikipedia. Duh. And many of his near-constant film roles were quite uninteresting. I'm so glad he continued acting after being diagnosed with myeloma. The bone marrow bought him a couple of years.

A million people who rewatched "Jaws" have discovered how much that performance had affected them. Amazing how many different emotions he projected in his films--a chariismatic who projeced his craft.

Our daughter catered a party for him and said he's one of the down-to-earth, kind Hollywood people. His dad was a (German protestant) auto mechanic. Mom Irish Catholic. Simple roots.

In "All That Jazz." his ability to project humor and irony sold the story of a man who was often not a nice guy.

I never doubted his talent, but he's had very few roles. And why the hell would I check wikipedia for anything regarding the film industry? We're on that whole "IMDb" thing.

Whoops. Make that "roles were 'interesting,' not "uninteresting!"

Really... If you haven't yet viewed the film, you shouldn't yet comment. That is not fair to the actors, crew, and director, etc., that worked very hard to make it. And no, I am not in the entertainment industry. I am simply a fair individual.

hey cindy, you don't have to be immersed in a sea of crap to realize that if you stick your foot in, you will emerge with *beep* on it. no need to tell us you aren't in the industry, that is abundantly clear. get a personality.

reply

The fact that you feel the need to attack people on a personal level belies your lack of a personality yourself.

I just happen to like to wait to actually SEE a movie before commenting on its quality or lack thereof.

reply

Yeah... this is almost assured to suck miserably. But Lindy Booth is in it, so I will very much see it. She is incredibly hot.
