Pathetic... + anyone notice end credits?

Total waste of space and waste of time - this director desrves to be shot for making shooting such droll film.

Not to mention the fact that this flick comes in at a measly 69mins then has the audacity to give us the worlds slowest end credits running at slow motion to give the dvd case a fake running time of 80 mins or so - I mean c'mon isn't there some law against this with trading standards!!!

I noticed the credits as well. I have never seen that done!
What total crap! And I have even liked Troma movies!

Would you have really liked to have seen 11 more minutes of stuff that even the director thought was too bad to keep in the film?

reply

I noticed that, too. I usually like all The Asylum films, but this one...it just looked too cheap, they should have shot it on film. And there was no suspense, it was all just random killings with cheap looking blood splatter.

Snakes on a Train was awesome, however.

Just as an FYI...we actually went back and re-edited the film to include 11 more minutes. It added to the suspense and feel to the piece. I think it's much better than the US DVD release...(but that's just me).

The new extended version is available on TV (VOD- Time/Warner) and the international release.

That doesn't make it any less crappy...

I don't know which version you all may have seen but the version I saw had 4 minutes of end credits. Yes, they moved slow but come on it's only 4 minutes. That leaves a whole 84 minutes.

So? It has more suspense. Fine, coming from someone who works for ASYLUM FILMS that means nothing. But that doesn't mean it's gonna make the film better.

We must be complete opposites...lol, I usually hate Asylum films and avoid them like the plague. I passed up 666: The Child for 3 years in the video stores just because it had the Asylum name on it but caught it on Chiller the other night....oh my, I hate to admit it but I actually liked it. Go figure, lol.... but two things I don't understand...the dentist scene and near the end when the nanny goes nuts and attacks the dad....why not just shoot him again.....

ROFL yeah I noticed that too! The end credits were so sloooooooow. They did the same thing for LOTR: Return of the Kng, the film ended at 2 hours 59 Minutes, then came the world's longest and slowest end credits, to give it the fake "3 hours 20 minutes" runtime that the DVD box said...
